Thank you holymoly123 for linking the Updater, it patched the game without problems.
Can confirm that even reapplying the newer online fix after the patch, matchmaking throws error when joining random people. Playing with friends test pending.

Matchmaking works fine on the new version. Haven't tried crossplay though.

For anyone wandering if the games save transfer to the original game i can confirm they work. I have linked my square enix account with steam and bought the game on the same steam account and everything works just fine. Also i would like to ask if someone can paste a download link to the dlc files so i could try to unlock them or the original game. Or if anyone knows where they are located in the cracked version?

I just patch the game with the exe provided and did not reapply the online fix, can play with friends that has the same online fix game no problem.
